As a result, each workshop is specially prepared and focused. We develop new and update modules regularly. We also conduct the programs as external workshops.

The above are standard modules and will be suitable for all organizations. They are designed for covering the subject exhaustively in one day. They follow the KISS principle and devoid of any jargon and easy to understand. We make difficult concepts appear simple. Highly advanced and includes PERT/CPM, regression analysis and other project management tools and techniques. Suitable only for highly qualified and experienced people. The contents will be tailor made after discussing with clients.

  • Cost of poor quality - 1 day

Some programs are best aimed at a motley crowd consisting of all levels of management. This gives a great insight into organizational behavior, culture, dynamics, maturity and tolerance level amongst managerial staff and helps in removing the boulders off the chest.

Special Modules:

Some clients have specific requirements, which does not fall under any of the above categories, but may consist of above areas. We can make special modules, provided they are related subjects. In such cases, the client will have to bear the full development costs apart from the conducting fees. The client will get the complete module in a CD for their internal and exclusive use. The software should not be passed on to third parties. The client cannot claim proprietary rights to the module. The client pays for the development time and costs only. The intellectual property rights, copyright and right to use the module in future and anywhere else always rests with us.  

Please give us the following details to enable us serve you better.

  1. The group profile of participants - age, qualifications, experience, number of people etc.,
  2. Why has the need arisen ? If possible give a broad group psychographic profile. Are there any major group concerns ? 
  3. How was the need identified or what precipitated the need ?
  4. What changes or improvements in participants do you anticipate after undergoing the program ?
  5. What time frame ? 
  6. Do you have any training programs for reinforcement of such interventions by internal resource persons ?  
  7. Have you engaged any external people for training/ODI/consultancy before or do you carry this out internally ? What was the impact of such interventions ? We are not interested in knowing the names or who has done it before, but would like to know the outcome of such efforts. We will ask the following questions: 
    1. If you are happy with the previous service provider, why are you considering change ? 
    2. If you are not happy, what is the reason ? 
    3. Are you looking for variety, change, a different approach and to avoid familiarity ?
    4. What are you expecting from us ? Are your participants looking for games and fun or would you like us to focus strictly on the topic only ? Our one day programs are designed for a 7 hour presentation and if games are to be included, we need more time. We charge fees for the time we spend on a job.
    5. If ODI is desired on any of the above listed topics, please give us the list of contents to be covered. This will help us in understanding your needs better. We will compare it with our list and give suggestions. Alternatively, if you are not clear about the required contents, we will send you our list.
    6. Some clients require us to combine few topics and make it into a special module to save on costs. We do carry this out to satisfy existing clients. The problem is focus is lost and we cannot do justice to the individual topics. We will not combine unrelated topics. We will not compromise on our standards for the sake of earning some extra money. We do not conduct the workshops, either external or internal, if we do not have minimum 5 participants. The ideal number of participants for any workshop is between 15 to 20 people.
