All the above are available for conducting as in-house programs only. Please note that they are not listed in the order of priority or in alphabetical order. Organizations are free to choose the topics they desire, but we recommend that they undergo all the above modules over a period of time for effective results. After we complete the formal training, it is recommend that the training is reinforced regularly by internal resource persons, with the training material made available by us. This is a must, as most people forget 90% of what they learn in 2 weeks and constant reminder is necessary. If organizations do not get results from training or get disillusioned with it, it is because of this reason. Clients are free to choose the modules required based on their own need analysis. However, the above list covers all needs of a professionally driven organization.
