We have been approached by many Corporates to prepare suitable training modules on various topics for their internal training needs. While these Corporates have their own trainers, they do not necessarily have the expertise or the time to prepare the training modules on their own. Most importantly, when you take the time required to prepare the modules, it is found that it is more cost effective and credible to source them out. We as Management Consultants, with a large interest in the area of training and organizational development, have the necessary expertise to meet this need and the same is enumerated below:
All our one day training modules can be offered to corporate clients only. The training modules and ODIs of longer duration are not covered under this offer. Such cases can be referred to us separately.

Why buy E-Books and why not buy regular books and give them to employees to read ?
Books are made of paper. To make paper you need to destroy trees. We will be wasting a precious natural resource. This also leads to ecological imbalance and climatic changes. Rains fail because of deforestation. This ultimately leads to crop failure and famine.
Books are large and heavy and have limited shelf life. They need space for storage.
ELECTRONIC FILES do not get destroyed easily and storage is easy.
The electronic file can be accessed by all people through WAN/LAN/INTERNET/INTRANET and on stand alone computers.
We refer to several authors before preparing a module. If someone wants to compile, he or she would have to read a number of books, assimilate, analyze and interpret. We summarize and give the gist separating the wheat from the chaff.
Comments and Case studies based on our own experience is added to give a practical orientation, wherever applicable. Due care is taken not to reveal the identities of parties involved in cases where they have drawn critical or adverse comments to avoid unnecessary controversy. Confidentiality of our clients is never breached.
Our module comes in frames for easy reading and with self explanatory text. Our clients and their staff can refer to us for any clarifications by e-mail. This is part of our free service to our clients.
The programs can be used in virtual classrooms by corporate trainers.
Experienced and senior people can browse through them quickly to keep in touch with the subjects.
We do not try to reinvent the wheel. Most of the matter is available publicly but the difference is in the presentation. We avoid all jargon and try to make difficult concepts look very simple by following the KISS principle.
Terms & Conditions of Offer:
Each module is designed for a presentation time of 7 hours duration by any knowledgeable person and will be available separately. The number of frames will depend on the nature of the program and are prepared to complete a presentation in 7 hours approximately with necessary expansion or clarifications on key points by the presenter. Our experience shows that 60 frames are the optimum for a 7 hour presentation. Some programs may contain slightly more number of frames. The presentation is in English and we keep it short and simple. The focus is always on fundamentals and basics on the topics concerned. In management, as many topics are inter-related, there is a tendency for many people to digress. We do not digress from the topic concerned and are extremely focused.
The frames are designed with explanatory text in 'PowerPoint'. They are then converted to 'pps' format for continuous presentation. There is no video or audio input. We may incorporate animation effects for the show to make it more appealing to the audience. The entire software is encrypted and can be read only. Copying and Printing is not possible. The legal owner will be given password to access them in the 'read me' document that will be available in all CDs. However, no printing will be possible.
Updates will be available at nominal charges.
They are for non-commercial and internal use by the corporate buyer and material is copyrighted under Indian, Kenyan, Ugandan and US Laws and not transferable to third parties except legal heirs and is sold under license to specific corporate user. Use of any image editor or other programs to alter or modify the software is prohibited and will be a violation of copyright laws. We may incorporate necessary security measures like water marks, as desired.
Subsidiaries, Group companies or Holding companies of the 'buyer' do not have the buyer status unless the license fee is also paid by them. The program should not be passed on to anyone other than the authorized employees of the buyer.
Use by other than authorized employees is illegal and a copyright violation. Due care may please be taken to educate employees on nuances of copyright laws, so that it is not passed on to unauthorized users.
It costs us minimum USD 5000 to develop an one day module. The compensation for violation of copyright and IPR laws will be minimum USD 50,000 or its equivalent along with other legal costs. We also reserve our rights to claim punitive damages. Both the owner and infringer are liable for copyright infringement. Since this software is not given to individuals, the corporate users are responsible for the actions of their employees and should take adequate care in safeguarding their interests.
This right is enforceable in all countries that are signatories to the Berne Convention on copyrights or any other latest International convention that is in force.
One time License fee per program will be USD 250 or INR 10,000
Payments can be made through Credit card, Wire-transfer or Bankers Cheques.
Invoice in electronic format will be made available for clients, if required. No hard copy will be made available. For payments by credit card, we will send a Paypal invoice. Customers need not be a member of Paypal to make credit card payments. The debit in the credit card statement will appear in favor of www.mmguniversal.com, which is our international arm for collecting online payments.
All payments are to be made in advance and the file can be received by e-mail as attachment within 72 hours from the date of realization of payment. If the client prefers, the file can be downloaded from our web site. We will provide the user ID and password for access to it.
No refunds are possible once the order is executed.
Reselling or Redistribution is strictly prohibited. We reserve the rights to refuse the offer to anyone, without assigning any reasons.
We can prepare special modules against request and costs will be indicated against request. In such cases we can transfer the entire rights to client provided they are willing to bear the full development costs.
How to order ?
Indicate the module of interest and preferred method of payment by e-mail along with name of contact person, registered office, phone and fax numbers.
The program can be received by e-mail, as attachment, within 3 working days from the date of realization of payment. If clients require them in CD, the programs will be delivered in a CD-R and it will be in read only format.
