Organizations that have ISO or similar TQM certifications need not undergo this program because the concepts will be well known to them. However, our experience reveals that such organizations which are SMEs, though having reasonably good systems, methods and processes, are generally weak in other areas mentioned and people skills. They are structurally weak because the TMT is headed by family members, who may not be qualified or professionally trained. We will discuss the need and than decide the priority with clients. They are all one day modules and to be done as in-house workshops as a package.
