We  would like to inform all readers that malicious e-mails with attachments containing viruses are being sent, using our identity, by some unscrupulous persons. This we came to know when we received some undelivered mail intimation. We are also receiving mail with viruses as attachments using our own identity. We never send unsolicited e-mail to anyone with attachments. Even when we send attachments to known persons, we inform them in advance. Our domain and mail service providers have installed some of the best anti virus and anti SPAM filtering software in place. All incoming mail IP addresses are logged. We also take routine and adequate precautions. We have software for scanning, deleting and bouncing messages. We also have the facility of using different IMAP servers to scan, delete and bounce mail, as a stand by. All our outgoing mail is scanned for viruses before transmission. We use the latest AV software which is on auto-protect and regularly updated. All our outgoing mails are sent through SMTP servers provided by, www.mmguniversal.com or www.mmg.name as required.  As a policy, no mail is sent out using any free service providers. While people can use our ID fraudulently, they cannot create false headers or IP addresses. We presume this is the work of some demented minds who have nothing else to do and take vicarious pleasure in harassing others. We are informing our readers about this problem as a matter of caution. All are requested to be careful and not to open any attachments. The policy making and strategy formulation for all MMG consulting units will be under the ambit of www.mmgconsulting.biz with immediate effect.  It became necessary to highlight the core competence of MMG and what it stood for in new and developing markets. It will meet the needs of the management consulting activities in India, Kenya and Uganda, presently. Please click on the links to go the home pages of respective entities.  www.mmgindia.com will continue to be the group head quarters, but its focus will now be on Indian operations. It will continue to provide research and operational support to all sister units. We have decided to close our operations and exit out of Uganda with effect from April 2007.
